Jennifer Aniston and her dog, Marley, have beaten Brad Pitt, and his age defying body, this Christmas to be the best selling movie at the box office since ‘Ali’ in 2001, which had a score of $10.2 million ticket sales against Jen’s $14.75.
Meanwhile, Pitt was left struggling with not only his age but being placed at the number two slot with just $11.8million.
Jennifer starred alongside Owen Wilson in the tear jerking story about a very badly behaved Labrador Retriever, Marley & Me, while Pitt appeared with Tilda Swinton and Cate Blanchet in a movie that saw him ‘growing young’ in The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button.

Although Brad’s festive contribution may have him strutting the red carpet at the Oscars in early 2009, its Jennifer and Owen who get our vote.
