Once again the Vatican is feeling threatened by both the expert writing skills of author Dan Brown and the overwhelming acting prowess of Tom Hanks and is calling for Catholics, world wide, to boycott the latest blockbuster movie offering by Brown, Angels and Demons.

The Catholic Church was previously angered by Dan’s book The Da Vinci back in 2005, which suggested that Jesus may have been secretly married to Mary Magdalene and proceeded to track down the family tree. However, their disapproval at that time had little or no effect on the success of the movie when it’s box office takings grossed, $757 million worldwide.
This time the reason the Vatican is so upset is because the movie portrays Tom’s character, Michael Langdon, as being on a mission to save the Vatican from being destroyed by a canister of anti-matter.

And that story line is about as believable as the other ‘story’ the Vatican is attempting to protect!
