In front of 80,000 concert goers at the Glastonbury Festival this past weekend, Ms. Amy Winehouse completely lost her cool and planted a decent wallop on an unsuspecting fan.

The episode occurred moments before she was set to perform her legendary mega hit, “Rehab.”

Several onlookers allege that the singer attempted to get even following an offensive comment made by an audience member regarding her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil; whom she had been blathering on about throughout the night.
However, Amy’s publicist claims she responded “instinctively” after an unnamed individual tried to snatch her massive beehive.

Setting the record straight once and for all, a young man named James Gostelow - who confessed to being the unlucky Winehouse enthusiast - stepped forward Monday morning.
His version of the attack was a bit different from everyone else’s, as he claimed to be 100 % innocent…
“I saw a hat being thrown from behind me and it hit Amy’s beehive,” Mr. Gostelow relayed to the BBC. “She looked down, saw me looking up, and her elbow went for me. She caught my forehead, then someone may have shouted something from the back, which is when she went in again. The crowd was going absolutely crazy, everyone was pushing and shoving but that’s part of it.”
Though the socking didn’t exactly hurt, he explained that is was “more shock than anything else having got up early to see her than being hit by her.”
When asked if he had plans to speak with the authorities, Gostelow declared - “No, I would never want to take anything so far, and at the end of the day it’s all part of being at the front to be honest with you, and being crushed by thousands of people here at Glastonbury. It’s part of the experience I suppose.”
What a warrior!
Amy should count her lucky stars that Gostelow isn’t hitting her up for cash; Saturday’s throw-down had ‘lawsuit material’ written all over it.
