When Paul McCartney arrived to lend his support to the Natural Resources Defense Council in New York, two things became apparent about the ex Beatle. He’s obviously very aware of the old adage, ‘it pays to advertise’, and at 66 years old he must also believe that ’dead men don’t fall out of windows!, as he blew through the entrance with his fly zip undone. And as for his taste in ladies, he showed the world that he clearly isn’t a ‘leg man’.

With his latest squeeze, 48 year old Nancy Shevell, donning bubble wrap leggings and his daughter, Stella McCartney, sporting leg wear fit for a spot of fly fishing, Paul obviously wasn’t taking much notice of his lady’s legs!

The sad thing is, we have all been led to believe that, unlike with Paul’s last wife, Heather Mills, his daughter Stella actually likes Nancy, but with that in mind, why would she let her go out in public looking as though she has some flesh eating disease of the legs?

But on all accounts, Nancy’s fashion faux pas hasn’t dampened Paul’s love for the American socialite whom he has been dating since 2007, as rumours are now rife that nuptials are in the offing for the man who has happily bounced back from his vile divorce from Mills in 2008.
