Out of left field much?

It was announced Thursday that La Lohan is planning to drop a new record on November 4^th titled Spirit in the Dark.

Going for more of a hip-hop vibe with this one, the actress/singer has enlisted producer Pharrell Williams, as well as hot talents Ne-Yo, StarGate, Akon and Bloodshy & Avant.

“I gotta admit, we were like … ‘Lindsay Lohan?’” Ne-Yo recently told Billboard magazine. “I mean, I’ve written for Beyonce Knowles, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Celine Dion and Lindsay Lohan?” Hey, don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it!

Contrary to popular belief, LiLo’s tune “Bossy” - which has been circulating over the past several months - is not the single for the future LP. It’s simply being classified as a “buzz-track,” like a little taste of what’s to come.
