I believe the term we are all searching for is WTF.
With rumors running rampant that the 23-year-old actress is soon to be ditching The Hills, penning a new novel does nothing to help silence the gossipmongers.
“My biggest thing with the show was that I wanted to walk away from it while it’s still a great thing,” she professed to Seventeen. “I always want to remember it that way. I gave MTV a deadline and said, ‘This is as long as I can do it and stay sane.’”
So, in an effort to hold onto her sanity, she is releasing a “fictional” coming-of-age tale that is essentially a lame-version of the reality hit.
“Roberts can’t wait to start living it up,” the book synopsis boasts. “She may be in L.A. for an internship, but Jane plans to play as hard as she works and has enlisted her BFF Scarlett to join in the fun.”
How amazingly … derivative. Did she come up with that all on her own?
If you simply cannot keep your curiosity at bay, L.A. Candy is available to purchase (or simply flip through!) on June 16.
