Heather Mills broke down on the British TV show GMTV when speaking about her relationship with the tabloids. Ahhhhhh! Poor Heather.

Mills feels that ‘a specific portion’ of the media are deliberately smearing her reputation. Between sniffing back the crocodile tears, Mills spluttered, ‘I’ve been close to suicide. I’m so upset about this. I’ve had worse press than a pedophile or a murderer, and I’ve done nothing but charity for 20 years.” What is it they say about ‘charity’? It begins at home, the home she intends to take from Sir Paul McCartney.

Mills continued to moan on, ‘they make up such lies. They’ve called me a whore, a gold-digger, a fantasist, a liar, the most unbelievably hurtful things’. She called on the British public to stop buying the tabloids saying, “What are we doing as a nation buying these newspapers? “We need to force a change as a responsible nation.” Clearly she’s still reading them.

She said she had launched a petition at the European Parliament to strengthen the law against “a specific portion” of the media and likening herself to Princess Diana saying they had both been hounded by the media.
