With the revelation last week by her son Redmond ONeal, that Farrah Fawcett’s weight had plummeted to just 86lbs, it comes as no surprise that the health of the 62 year old former Charlie’s Angel  has taken a turn for the worse.

As friends and family, and in particular Love Story star, Ryan ONeal, gather at her bedside it is feared the star is losing her three year battle with cancer which has now spread to her liver.

Reports on website RadarOnline, describe Fawcett’s health deterioration as having occurred while she was with actor Ryan while she was at his home in Malibu on Monday. The 68 year old star of Paper Moon, in which he played opposite his daughter, Tatum ONeal, took Farrah back to her own home which is better equipped to deal with her condition.

Farrah’s acting career took off following a poster of her in in a swimsuit became a best seller and she landed the role of Jill Munroe in Charlie’s Angels and later in a more serious role as a beaten wife in 1984’s The Burning Bed. An actress to the end, Farrah has been working on a documentary, titled A Wing And A Prayer, which has followed her health battle.
