For a guy who, with a side ways glance from beneath a pair of mirror shades can detect the blood group of a deceased antelope from 300 yards, David Caruso has certainly been a bit remiss in detecting the 40 year old who only really wanted an autograph!

The woman, described as 40 years old, and without knowing she was a stalker could easily have been diagnosed as unbalanced, having lusty feelings for the craggy faced ham actor Caruso, has now been safely reinstalled in her homeland, Vienna, Austria.

After having sent more than 100 letters to the 53 year old ginger haired Caruso of CSI:Miami fame, she then progressed to sending death threats when he refused to give her an autograph. A court-appointed psychiatrist subsequently testified that the suspect has a “profound personality disorder.”

As Caruso, in his role as Horatio Caine once said himself, ‘Bag it, tag it and let’s see what else is there!’

As we already diagnosed ourselves, if she finds Caruso attractive, she obviously had to be somewhat unhinged!

A trial date had not yet been set.
