It’s that that time of year again when CNN’s main man, Anderson Cooper climbs the scaffolding in Times Square, in much the same way Anne Boleyn scaled her final climb to meet her certain death. Whilst we have sympathy for Sara Trumble, the former nanny to Heather Mills, one would have thought that if you’re stupid enough to work for Dracula you should expect to get your neck bitten!

The British public look set to ‘stick it’ to Prince Edward, Queen Elizabeth II’s youngest child, as he was caught on camera hitting his trusty black Labrador Retriever gundogs with a stick as he hunted in a field by himself on the Queen’s Sandringham Estate. Not content with killing birds, the seventh in line to the throne of the Royal British family, went on to beat his canine companions.

Jennifer Aniston and her dog, Marley, have beaten Brad Pitt, and his age defying body, this Christmas to be the best selling movie at the box office since ‘Ali’ in 2001, which had a score of $10.2 million ticket sales against Jen’s $14.75.

 A Christmas holiday on the Caribbean island of St Lucia has seen the previously, close to death singer Amy Winehouse, looking a picture of health and enjoying the life normally associated with a Grammy Award winning musician.

Gone are the dirty cobbled back streets of East London, the empty beer cans in the garbage, the emaciated body, the dishevelled beehive hair and the white powdered residue so often seen in Amy’s nose.
