As if the soaring prices of gasoline would only ever effect the “little people,” Diddy took to his rambling video blog on Wednesday to get a minor irritation off his arguably pimpin’ chest: the amount of chedda he’s been forced to drop on fuel for his luxurious private plane.

Rather than cowering in the shadows after being dumped by one of America’s leading heart-breakers *cough* John Mayer, Miss Jennifer Aniston is holding her head high and sticking to what she does best: vividly lighting up our television screens.

The former Friends star has arranged to put in a guest appearance on Tina Fey’s Emmy-winning series, 30 Rock. “She is shooting now,” publicist Stephen Huvane exclusively informed E! Online. “We are not giving any specifics on her character.”

With all the hype about Madonna’s 50th birthday, her injury, and her Sticky and Sweet tour, another pop star’s big day almost fell through the cracks. Michael Jackson is celebrating the milestone as well. We know we say it a lot on here - but that’s because it’s true: Life imitates art. So we have to say we weren’t SHOCKED when it came out that David Duchovny - who plays a sex-addict on Californication - entered rehab for sex addiction.

We applaud him for getting the help he needs, and aren’t trying to make light of the situation at all, but it seems like an odd parallel.

What’s the deal with crazy parents of pop stars? Do you have to be that way to watch your kids grow up in the limelight? It appears so, as the father of yet ANOTHER star is being sentenced to jail time.
Bob Duff was led away in handcuffs Wednesday during a court hearing after the judge determined he violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval. He’s been sentenced to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court.

Ben Stiller’s time at the Museum has come full circle, as he is this year’s honoree for the Museum of the Moving Image’s 24th annual black-tie salute.

The event is scheduled for November 12th in New York where Stiller’s colleagues, friends and family are expected to pay tribute and present clips from his film career.

We totally agree he deserves it, but it seems like a very serious honor for someone who’s made a living as a funny-man - especially given the hilarity factor in his most recent acting/directing foray: Tropic Thunder.
