From 007 to $60 million man. Thirty nine year old Daniel Craig has signed a deal to play the civil service agent, James Bond in a further four movies, said to be netting him $60 million over the next ten years.

With Daniel having breathed new life into the character of Bond in Casino Royale in 2006 it was inevitable that he would be donning the tuxedo and sipping the Martinis once again in 2008 when he begins filming the next movie which will be released in November of ‘08.

Following the success of Casino Royale, Daniel’s contract has far eclipsed every other Bond actor’s with its massive box office takings and its merchandising profits being linked to his contract.

As yet, no Bond babe has been selected as Craig’s love interest but the applicant ‘in-tray’ certainly wont be lacking resumes for the position.
