The Hottie and the Nottie actress Paris Hilton took her spankin’ new beau Benji Madden to Las Vegas this past weekend to celebrate the musician’s 29^th birthday in style.

Following the earlier refusal to issue a visa for entry to the United States, it now appears that Amy Winehouse has been granted a visa. A State Department official said earlier that the visa had been denied under U.S. immigration rules regarding the “use and abuse of narcotics.”

But Winehouse has decided not to travel to the US as arrangements would be too tight for her at such short notice. Amy was to appear at the 2008 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.
