It could be the economy, it could be the long winter but the speculation is, that the down in the dumps look on Lindsay Lohan’s face is brought about by her seemingly flagging relationship with girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Even on a night out with friends in Hollywood, the Georgia Rule star could hardly manage to turn up the corners of her mouth in an effort to mimic a smile. Why would a self proclaimed lesbian take up residence in a strict Islamic country when their laws prohibit lesbianism?

Well, we never have understood the inner workings of Lindsay Lohan so looking for an answer to that question is futile.

Armed with the knowledge that lesbians are frowned upon in the United Arab Emirates and that in August a female couple were put in jail for two months for just having a snog on the beach, one would have thought that Samantha Ronson and new found love, Lohan would have avoided Dubai like the plague!

When I hit Vegas, I try to make it to Pure - I know it’s where all the celebs go to party - but I have yet to see one hanging out there. Apparently I’ll miss another chance, as Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are set to party there in about a month.

On Friday Lindsay Lohan - who recently returned to sunny Los Angeles after frolicking on the beaches of Los Cabos with Samantha Ronson - swooped in and saved the DJ from having to sit through yet another mind-numbing court hearing which would have made Monday morning twice as unpleasant.

It’s been a week of revelations and comings-out. Lindsay Lohan revealed to Loveline that she and Samantha Ronson have been dating for quite some time, meanwhile Clay Aiken finally just admitted it already in a big coming out piece on the cover of People.

No one had really been questioning the fact that Clay was closeted, but he’d never just say it. But according to the cover of the magazine, his new baby boy has inspired honesty: “I cannot raise a child to lie or hide things,” he said.
