Salma Hayek is lending her star power to UNICEF to help the organization get rid of tetanus in mothers and babies around the world within four years. This meshes nicely with her spokeswoman duties at Pampers’ for their tetanus vaccine program (for which she’s paid, of course).
She spoke recently about her trip to the West African nation of Sierra Leone, where she met with tetanus victims.
