Weeds will spark again come next season. According to Playbill.com. The series has been renewed by Showtime execs in perfect time to escape the sharp and deadly claws of the Writer’s Strike.

Fortunately for Weeds it really was unaffected by the picketing and uproar. Off- season shows like Dexter or Curb Your Enthusiasm really saved cable for all its loyal viewers.
