More speculation about the condition of Kate Moss has arisen as she was spotted leaving a dinner party at the Ivy Club in London, with boyfriend Jamie Hince, and with what appears to be the start of a baby bump.

With the usual ‘source’ telling the Daily Mail that the occasion was to mark Moss’s announcement that she is actually her expecting second child, the speculation is looking less like speculation and more like reality.

Although Kate Moss was laughing and appears to be enjoying herself, the marks on her left cheek suggest that at sometime during the evening she may have had a run in with a sharp implement. Although Jamie Hince could never be referred to as ‘sharp’ in any form of the word, could it have been him who inflicted the marks on Kate’s cheek?
