Seeing an ex out and about with a new flame is always a little awkward, for Ryan Phillippe “it’s bizarre.”

On Wednesday morning the Flags of Our Fathers star sat down with USA Today to discuss his take on Reese Witherspoon’s impassioned relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal: “There are plenty of times when I say, ‘What a strange situation I’ve found myself in,’” the 33-year-old explained. “But at a certain point you know it’s going to happen, so you are prepared.”

When pressed about his own romantic affairs, Ryan simply stated - “It’s just something I would really rather not read more ....

Two weeks after the sudden and sad death of Heath Ledger the New York Medical Examiner’s office has released the following statement, “Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine,” the office said in a statement.

“We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications.”

Heath Ledger, 28, renowned for his role as a gay cowboy in the 2005 movie Brokeback Mountain, was found dead in bed at his Manhattan apartment on January 22^nd 2008.

Australian born actor Heath Ledger, 28, has been found dead in his Greenwich Village apartment in Manhattan, New York this afternoon at 3.30pm when a masseuse called at his home for an appointment.

The police say that foul play is not suspected but pills were found by his bed side.
