Following the hysteria for the past month or two when we couldn’t surf the Internet without an ad appearing, turn on the TV without watching a trailer about the movie, it seemed only fitting that a first viewing, ever of an Indiana Jones movie should be on this weeks itinerary of things to do!

Never having taken time out over the past 19 years to see Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, or Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade a true movie experience should have been up for grabs in the guise of read more ....

Friday saw the California Supreme Court ruling that the California Constitution now gives gays the lesbians the right to marry and who was there to pop the question first, Ellen DeGeneres. Yes, at the taping of her show she asked Portia de Rossi if she could have he hand in marriage. I bet Ellen is a big fan of at least one man now, the Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom, who pushed the bill through.

You can all rest easy now, the charges against Shia LaBeouf have been dropped. Those would be the trespassing charge stemming from last month’s drunk Walgreens incident.

Just to bring you up to speed in case you missed it: November 4th at around 2:30am, a security guard thought that Shia was drunk while in the store; he appeared to be stumbling and off balance. When asked to leave the Transformers star apparently refused. He was confronted by security and then of course arrested by Chicago Police, resulting in one of the most stellar mug shots ever taken.
