Friday saw the California Supreme Court ruling that the California Constitution now gives gays the lesbians the right to marry and who was there to pop the question first, Ellen DeGeneres. You can all rest easy now, the charges against Shia LaBeouf have been dropped. Those would be the trespassing charge stemming from last month’s drunk Walgreens incident.

Just to bring you up to speed in case you missed it: November 4th at around 2:30am, a security guard thought that Shia was drunk while in the store; he appeared to be stumbling and off balance.
