After reportedly sucker-punching a man back in July of 2006, Eminem aka Slim Shady has been smacked with a lawsuit.

The complaint was filed at the Oakland County Circuit Court on Thursday by alleged victim Miad Jarbou, who is requesting $25,000 in damages for an assault that supposedly took place in the toilet of a Detroit strip club called ‘Cheetahs.’

Jarbou asserts that he and a buddy were in the restroom when the MC sauntered in with a hefty man he assumed was a security escort.

According to the claim, Jarbou’s unidentified pal said: “Hey Eminem, what’s up man?” read more ....

He can run but he can’t hide! Eminem is back in the headlines, but this time it’s not for being Slim Shady.

Apparently, the rapper who has been MIA from the music scene the past few years, has suffered from a major weight gain and debilitating health problems. He was recently rushed to the hospital over the holidays after suffering from pneumonia and weighing 200 pounds.

Of course, even when he is in the headlines for the wrong reasons, his fame-hungry mother has to try and get in there too.
