With no visible means of defense, a tin helmet, a flack jacket, a M249 machine gun, General Petraeus went before the Senate Armed Services Committee hearing today on Capitol Hill to answer questions on his current position on the war in Iraq.
Facing an almost equal attack to those he has faced in the past 6 months in Iraq, Petraeus found himself being fired at from all sides from Senator Edward Kennedy and Senator Hillary Clinton but taking a little breather with the verbal support he received from John McCain.
