Celebrity kids just have all the luck – and all the charitable foundations.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s future offspring will enter this world the namesake to the RichieMadden Foundation. The couple hosted a surprise baby shower Monday for 100 expectant mothers at the Los Angeles Free Clinic in Hollywood.

They handed out over $200,000 worth of gifts to the less fortunate Moms-to-be: “The looks on their faces were priceless,” Richie told reporters after the shower. “Some of them didn’t even believe us [when they saw the gifts]. They thought we were read more ....

Britney Spears can’t even take care of her own children, so what’s a girl to do? Adopt Chinese twins, of course!

That’s right, according to OK! magazine, the pop trainwreck has told friends she’s in the final stages of talks with an adoption agency and plans to go ahead with the move very soon.

This comes on the heels of husband Kevin Federline being granted full custody of their two children, Jayden James and Sean Preston.

Brit is allegedly attempting to adopt two six-year-old boys from China. Maybe she thinks that she will be able to drive with them.

The world’s most infamous super-blogger Perez Hilton sure has a widespread audience. Apparently the birth-mother of Zahara, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s adopted child, has even been reading his daily rants and checking in on her biological offspring from time to time all the way from Ethiopia.

She reportedly told news sources that Zahara was conceived during rape. The woman’s name is Mentwabe Dawit; at the age of 24 she was attacked while on her way home from work in Awasa, a Southern part of Ethiopia.

For those of you who consider Britney Spears to be the living embodiment of unfit parenting, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Project Runway creator Heidi Klum gave the pop-tart a run for her money while appearing on Tuesday’s episode of Ellen.

The worst kept secret in pop-music land has finally been confirmed. Christina Aguilera finally has let the stork fly, confirming that she is indeed preggars. Duh!

The mom-to-be tells Glamour magazine that she is going to “enter into mommyhood” at the start of next year although ahe’s a bit anxious about the upcoming arrival, her first.
“I want to get it right,” she shares.

Aguilera said she wanted to be a working mother, so she could “balance” the needs of her child with her career.

Britney Spears just can’t get off the party train.

Tuesday LA Superior Court further restricted Spears visitation with her children, Jayden and Sean.

Evidence that appeared in court to sway the ruling against her included:

- Britney failed to meet the parenting coach on three separate and previously scheduled occasions
- Britney is not child-centered
- “It seems that her choices are more dependent upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”
- When the kids are with Britney, they have no real schedule or routine
