Director John Turturro has come up with wacky ideas for films in the past, so we can just chalk this one up to “originality.“

Romance & Cigarettes is set to music by power icons such as James Brown and Bruce Springsteen, and stars some of the biggest names in Hollywood. The list includes Kate Winslet, Mary Louise Parker, James Gandolfini, Susan Sarandon, and Mandy Moore, just to name a few.

Our bet is this is the next cult classic.

While the Queen of All Media needs to relax just a little in front of the camera, overall his VH-1 special What Perez Sez was a runaway hit.

Sporting a leprechaun-like outfit on the red carpet for the MTV Video Music Awards, Hilton let it rip. In what is to become his signature style, the oft-changing hair colored gossip guru asked funny and fresh questions, often befuddling the witless celebrities coming into the Palms.
