I’m thankful for stars who try to raise their kids in a relatively normal lifestyle. They seem to be few and far between but when you see adult stars who appear to be doing a good job of raising their kids in a situation that’s nearly impossible, it’s encouraging that we might not see a rash of crazy child stars-turned-rehab-candidates a la Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and the rest of the team.

Lindsay Lohan’s jailbird father has been shopping a reality show around to the networks.

It is ever bit the horror show you would expect from Lindsay’s father. No wonder she’s a rehabbed-out mess.

The show is about Michael Lohan trying to spread the word of Jesus. Yes, you heard right: Jesus. Apparently, somewhere between spending all of his daughter’s earnings and jail time, Poppa Lohan found God.

Christ.

Literally.

Lohan dresses up as a homeless man and attempts to get money from strangers all in the name of Jesus. But he does that already from Lindsay and doesn’t even have read more ....

As we read paparazzi trash about celebrities and their spoilt, selfish life styles and the traumas they appear to inflict on themselves, and others in their wake, would we be right to first consider exactly which tree they fell from? Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson, the list is endless. But unfortunately unsuitable, money grabbing parents aren’t!

Maybe its time to take a sympathetic look at why our poor, lost, mistreated, celebrities are so misguided, uncontrollable and delinquent in their own lives and in turn, the lives of their own children.

Dina Lohan, everyone’s favorite Momager, is taking on a career of her own (besides hanging around partying with Lindsay Lohan).

Apparently the least interesting of all the Lohans will be teaming up with E! Entertainment for her very own reality show.

Anyone who is no one has to get one of those.

The show will focus on Dina’s daily life and the forgotten Lohan children on a desperate quest for fame while Mom instructs them to “shine” in the background.

If you’re hoping Lindsay will make a long cameo it is doubtful considering the giant mess this show will be read more ....

Though this weekend in entertainment there were no shaved heads or high speed car chases there were a few events that got our attention.

Madonna is Back in New York:

Madonna has made her way back to New York along with David Banda and of course Demi Moore and her boy Ashton. All attended the Kabbalah Center; the boys of course wore all white ensembles. Madonna looked amazing as always and even screened her new documentary for friends. (Hot Celebrities)

Word is that La Lohan has fired her enabler mother Dina

In her first interview post-rehab, Lindsay Lohan told OK! Magazine that she is cutting former party pals Samantha Ronson and Britney Spears out of her life.

The magazine is also reporting that’s she’s cutting out her mother as well.

“Lindsay fired Dina as her manager,” an insider revealed to OK!. “She is LIVID about all this press her mom is doing on this NYC apartment that she’ll never even live in. Dina even gave Access Hollywood a tour of the apartment 2 nights ago.”

Lindsay Lohan may have finally achieved her worst nightmare and ultimate goal, actually laying low.

She has been staying in the rehab/resort The Cirque Lodge in Park City Utah where we have caught brief glimpses of Lohan’s summer camp-like outings including a brisk bike ride, river rafting and her favorite past time chain smoking outside. Though it’s been months since Linds has hit the club scene it seems she hasn’t been missing much. Michael Lohan’s fifteen minutes of fame continue to linger on. Geez, what are we up to: Like 45 minutes already!

Lohan is set to reunite with estranged daughter Lindsay, who is currently in rehab in Utah. Reportedly, Lohan’s ex-wife, Dina, who allegedly has strived to keep the father and daughter apart, supports the decision.

“It was actually her older brother Michael’s idea. It’s a part of the healing process,” a friend said to the New York Post. “Lindsay will see him later this week, but she will have counselors with her. It will not be alone.”
