Finally something to celebrate in the world of Jennifer Hudson as she reveals she is in fact pregnant. Although it has taken a few months for the Dreamgirls actress to release the information, it must remain the one light at the end of a very dark tunnel for the Chicago born singer who’s family were murdered late last year by Jennifer’s ex brother in law.

The 27 year old Grammy and Oscar winning singer is reported to be about 7 months pregnant, and the baby’s father is said to be her fiancé, former reality TV star David Otunga.

Although Jennifer Hudson was born and raised in the state where he held the senate seat, she didn’t get the calling to sing at the presidential inauguration for Barack Obama, an appointment that eventually went to Dreamgirl star, Beyonce. The police in Chicago have recovered the white SUV belonging to William Balfour, who is custody, in relation to the shootings of the Oscar winning actress, Jennifer Hudson’s mother and her brother on Friday last week. The body contained a body and although the police have not confirmed that it is the body of Hudson’s missing 7 year old nephew, Julian, putting two and two together, it seems inevitable that it is the missing child.
