Posted under Free for All & David Letterman & Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson & John Mayer & John Meyer

jen and tie 1.jpgThe most famous tie on the planet, worn by Jennifer Aniston on the cover of next month’s GQ Magazine is now owned by late night talk show host David Letterman. The tie, being worn by Friends star, Jennifer Aniston for the photo shoot, is the only item she is sporting and is accompanied by the question, “Is it just us or is Jennifer Aniston getting hotter?”

The ‘tie’ is taking center stage lately as 39 year old Jennifer does the rounds promoting her latest movie, Marley and Me, which sees her staring alongside her previous love interest Owen Wilson.

Lady in Red: Renee Zellwegger Giggles for Letterman

Posted under Free for All & David Letterman & George Clooney & Renee Zellwegger

leatherheads.jpg

What a breath of fresh air it was to see Renee Zelwegger making an appearance on the David Letterman show last night. Renee was hot from the premiere of her new movie, Leatherheads which sees her transferring bright red lipstick from her lips to the much sought after lips of heartthrob, George Clooney!

renee in red.jpg

Dressed in a very unassuming red A-symmetrical dress and swept back hair, Renee looked every part, just the girl next door. Her appearance was natural, not all Hollywood glamour. Her conversation was light, happy and peppered with girly giggles.

Nothing phony going on in Renee’s read more ....

Tasty Tidbit: Winehouse’s Recovery Road

Posted under Free for All & Britney Spears & David Letterman & Amy Winehouse & Tasty Tidbits & Natalie Cole

I’m a celebrity gossip blogger…I love to dish the dirt and get bashed myself…it’s all in good fun, no?

But the one thing I do not condone lately is kicking someone while they’re 100% down in the dumps…aka Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse. I just saw a clip of David Letterman mocking the British babe from one of his shows; isn’t he getting a little too long in the tooth to be in the field that he’s in anyway?

Winehouse wiped ‘em clean in the Grammy’s this past weekend and I must say, “Brava, girl!” She’s a lost little read more ....

Dr. Phil Is No Dr!

Posted under Free for All & Britney Spears & David Letterman & Howard Stern & Dr Phil

dr phil ass1.jpg

The fact that Dr. Phil must say daily that he is not exploiting Britney is in fact exploiting Britney Y’all! The hack therapist with the stupid analogies seems to have a new obsession, getting tons of press because of his visit with Brit Brit while she was in Cedar’s mental health unit just weeks ago. It seemed ridiculous and unbelievable, like most things involving the struggling pop tart. But the idea that he was actually called to the rescue by Britney’s own parents is the sad part. Did they not realize that it would cause a media-storm?

Recently Howard read more ....

The Bloomberg Buzz. Is Michael Bloomberg a President in Waiting?

Posted under Free for All & David Letterman & Barack Obama & Michael Bloomberg & Rudy Guiliani & Mitt Romney & John Edwards

Michael Bloomberg.jpg

Michael Bloomberg looking extremely Presidential!

Remember the ‘double speak’ of Senator Larry Craig last year when he stated, ‘it is my INTENSION to resign’ but it was only his INTENSION, not a definite, ‘I WILL resign?

Is that the same ‘double speak’ of New York City’s Mayor Michael Bloomberg when he stated, ‘I am not running for President’. We all know he’s NOT running for president but does that mean he WILL throw his hat into the ring the near future?

Making a recent appearances along side a long absent, and now bearded David Letterman who bore a read more ....

Conan O Brien & Jay Leno Return to Late-Night

Late-night funnyman Conan O Brien spent Monday afternoon incognito while strolling down the streets of NYC with a hot cup of Starbucks. Popsugar dished up a hearty plate of fabulous news for all you O’Brien and Leno fans out there: the talk-show hosts are to resume their roles on January 2nd! Although the writers-strike is still going strong, these two brilliant minds are willing to rely on their own creative juices night after night; how cool is that?

As for Mr. David Letterman, if his writers hop on board for an read more ....

Strike! What’s it All About?

Posted under Free for All & tv & David Letterman & Jon Stewart & Eva Longoria & Jay Leno & Ryan Seacrest & Stephen Colbert

tv_1.jpg

Yes folks, a strike is amongst us… no, no, this has nothing to do with the war in Iraq or Presidential candidates… this has to do with the Writer’s Guild of America (WGA) v. the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).

Let’s fill you in on the deets, shall we?

But first - the people behind The Office have this to say about the strike:

Basically of course it’s about money. In the olden days (about the time of the horse and carriage), everyone used to make a lot of money on reruns. But these days, reruns are read more ....

Beauty and the “New” Britney Spears

Posted under Free for All & Britney Spears & David Letterman

brit_spears_a.jpg

Is anyone else sick of hearing about the “new” Britney? It seems like any time you open a gossip mag or head to a celeb site, someone is proclaiming the gospel of “new Britney” after yet ANOTHER makeover. It’s hard to take seriously isn’t it?

It seems like it all started when she made her first new and improved debut - on David Letterman (which seems like an eternity ago). And she was definitely re-inventing herself back then. She actually managed to look put together - which raised the possibility of hope. You can’t argue with the adorably coiffed bob, read more ....

Garrison Keillor Has a Stalker?

Posted under Free for All & Lindsay Lohan & David Letterman & George Clooney & Garrison Keillor

Garrison Kieller
Whether you’re George Clooney or David Letterman, crazed fans are just par for the course. With all the ill-mannered and truly bizarre acts of worship that these strange creatures display, it’s a wonder they don’t live under rocks.

Author and public radio-show host Garrison Keillor has been up s*** creek for the last several months due to an allegedly troubled Georgia admirer.

For those unfamiliar with the talk-radio genius, he wrote and performed in the film A Prairie Home Companion, along with a star-studded cast that included our own little Lindsay Lohan, as well as Kevin Kline, Woody Harrelson, Tommy read more ....
