Does and out of court offer and settlement constitute an admission of guilt? Or… as in the original child molestation case of Michael Jackson (when he made a massive $20 million settlement) are we supposed to put the settlement down to the “fact” that Michael didn’t have time to interrupt his tour with a long, drawn out court case?

Two thoughts on this matter:

A) There are a hell of a lot of skeezoids in Hollywood

B) How often have these highly-publicized allegations against celebs turned out to be false? Probably about as frequent as Amy Winehouse washes her clothes.
