The eternal bachelor of Sex and the City, Chris Noth has edged closer to losing his playboy image as he, and long time girlfriend Tara Wilson, have brought a baby Noth into the world and as the star of the long running New York police series Law and Order it is expected that any law and order that had previously prevailed in his life will now be gone for good.

The pair announced the arrival of their first child, a son, who they have named Orion Christopher in Los Angeles on Friday.
