Gossip Girls megastar and current man-of-the-moment Chace Crawford has allegedly been in a bit of a “funk” since parting way with country singer Carrie Underwood.

Is anyone buying this?

The actor’s sister Candice gave People the lowdown on the supposed moping Wednesday afternoon: “He’s doing okay through this whole ordeal,” she affirmed. “He was upset about the breakup. It’s always hard when you lose a relationship.”

� “Chace will get through it,” the Crawford sibling concluded. “We love Carrie, too. They’re dolls and they’ll both do well.”
