Fat Chance: Boy George Attempts a Comeback

Singer/Songwriter Boy George was at the top of his game in the early ‘80’s after starting the band Culture Club. People went wild for the overly flamboyant, New Romantic Movement hits such as “Karma Chameleon” and “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?” Once the band broke up in ’86, George decided to try his hand at a solo career. Though he gained a decent amount of success in the UK, he never quite made it in the US - unless you count his work on the 2003 Broadway musical Taboo.

American Accent causes Joss Stone’s British Rejection?

joss stone big.jpgI’ve got a right to be wrong!Britain’s soulful young singer Joss Stone is breaking her heart after the rejection she has experienced from fans in her home country. After moving her life, her hair, her accent and her music to the USA she has discovered that the Brits don’t want her anymore and Stone puts it down to anything but the fact that her third album is nowhere near as appealing as her first two and expresses her thoughts on the rejection as being, “maybe it’s because I dye my hair, maybe it’s because my accent is messed up.”

Culture Club icon Boy George just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Braids or bald, rehab or community service, smeared lipstick or obsessively-detailed eyeliner, this boy sure knows how to keep us on our toes.

Its almost here. The season for dressing up and scaring all the neighbours half to death but some celebrities go just that little bit too far.

This really is an unnecessarily freaky way to appear in public - even on Halloween - and could cause some unsuspecting elderly citizen to have a heart attack if they opened the door read more ....
