As one of the first celebrity babies of 2009, the new addition to the Garner/Affleck household has made her debut.

Jennifer Garner gave birth to a baby girl, a second daughter, on Tuesday this week, in Los Angeles as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Ben Affleck, 36, and his 36 year old wife, Jennifer married on June 29th 2005, at the Parrot Cay resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Garner gave birth to their first child, a girl named Violet Anne Affleck, on December 1^st of that year.

Drew Barrymore contemplating her first bite!

Birthday girl Drew Barrymore dressed (decidedly down) for her 33^rd birthday dinner last night when she hit Mr Chow’s with boyfriend of six months Justin Long.

Drew choses the face first!

Clearly she should have had bigger portions on her plate, or at least stopped long enough for dessert, because as soon as she’d taken the short walk to the car she found she was still hungry and decided to take a chunk out of Justin’s face!

Yes, the world’s most disgustingly adorable couple (okay, right behind Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt) is back in action.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are back in the East and wasting absolutely no time while spending beautious days in good ‘ol NYC with their daughter, Violet.

It looks like Benny-boy has more energy than ever…after all, it does take a lot of energy to run back and forth with a little tot all day!

I’m thankful for stars who try to raise their kids in a relatively normal lifestyle. They seem to be few and far between but when you see adult stars who appear to be doing a good job of raising their kids in a situation that’s nearly impossible, it’s encouraging that we might not see a rash of crazy child stars-turned-rehab-candidates a la Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and the rest of the team.

Charity and glamor co-exist for all. Yes, yes, it’s a bit of a utopian ideal, but Glamour magazine wanted to prove that it could be done. They hosted their 18th Annual Glamour Women of the Year awards recently, to celebrate women who have changed the world (and are of course, as gorgeous as they are charitable)!

The event brought out a number of living legends: Toni Morison won the Lifetime Achievement award, and 11 year old Abigail Breslin (from Little Miss Sunshine) was the magazine’s first-ever “Girl of the Year.”
