This year’s supermodel gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue 2009 is the 23 year old, Israeli born model, and girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio, Bar Rafaeli.

Last night, just hours after Bar herself was told she was this years Sport’s Illustrated cover girl, David Letterman unveiled a new billboard in Times Square in New York City to the cheers of an excited audience.
