The tape that surfaced of Heath Ledger at a Hollywood party surrounded by drugs has apparently been pulled from Entertainment Tonight out of respect for his grieving family.

Howard K Stern is suing MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby.

She should have never said he was gay and boinking Larry Birkhead.

Stern filed a $60 million libel suit Tuesday afternoon against Cosby and the publisher of her book Blonde Ambition: The Life and Death of Anna Nicole Smith.

For saying that Stern was gay, and that he not only plotted with Birkhead on the settlement of Smith’s estate, but contributed to the deaths of both Anna Nicole and her son Daniel, Stern wants $10 million for compensatory damages and $50 million for punitive damages.

Rita Cosby, a journalist for MSNBC who covered the death of Anna Nicole Smith, has written a tell-all book alleging that Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern were not only in cahoots upon the death of Smith but also gay lovers.

In the book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death, Cosby says that Birkhead and Stern had a tryst and were caught by Smith and a friend “with their pants down engaged in oral sex”.
