So it looks like Britney Spears is on her way once again to retaining visitation rights to her two little boo-boo’s Sean Preston and Jayden James. The young mother has been legally separated from her boys for over two months now, and at the ages of 1 and 2 that must feel like an eternity! They grow and learn so fast at that age! It looks like Jamie� Spears has finally put his foot down and cut all of Britney’s ties to the outside world! In a move that was way over due, the concerned father has moved into the mansion and taken full control of the pop-tart’s (yes, daughter Britney Spears)� life and affairs. Camp Britney is getting tres’ annoying.

Former assistant and cousin, Alli Sims wants to be famous, and not just famous — she wants to take over Britney’s spot on the pop charts.

Simms was profiled� for the new issue of Germany’s Maxi magazine, and here is what young Ms. Sims had to say:

We don’t know how he did it but Ryan Seacrest managed to get Britney Spears on his radio show Wednesday morning. And as we have come to expect from Brit-Brit – it was one mess of an interview.

Whatever they are testing her for, they need to add panels to her tox-screen. Spears was unable to speak in full sentences. She took long uncomfortable pauses that filled the show with dead air. All-in-all, friend Alli Sims did more speaking than Spears.

After her custody court hearing in L.A. on October 26, Britney Spears boozed it up at Hollywood club Les Deux, where she partied into the night with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

The singer, 25, and friend Alli Sims began party-fest at Ketchup restaurant in L.A., where they sat down with Romo and a table of Dallas Cowboy football players. I want one of those cheerleading costumes, ya’ll!

Wearing a Halloween mask, Spears (with Sims) made a quick stop at Bella restaurant in Hollywood. The hard partyers then moved on to Les Deux around 10:30 p.m.

• This weekend brought on quite a few celebrity Halloween bashes including Kate Hudson’s Halloween Party. In attendance were Jake Gylenhaal and Reese Witherspoon in disguise of course. Although pivotal and juicy details won’t be released until later this weekend, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were set to hash it out in court Friday afternoon. Can you feel the electricity in the air? The last dying anticipation of the will-she-won’t-she pull herself together for the sake of her children? The end is in sight, and rest assured it’s going to be BIG.

People.com states that on Friday morning, ahead of their scheduled hearing, attorneys for the bitter exes met up in court to discuss Spears’ pending deposition - which keeps getting delayed.

OOPS! She did it again.

Apparently the threat of losing little Sean P. and Jayden James for good didn’t sway Britney Spears from painting the town red. Just hours after Judge Scott Gordon ordered the troubled tart to undergo random drug/alcohol testing, Brit Brit teamed up with pal Alli Sims and pop-rocker Avril Lavigne for a girls night out.

According to MSN.com, the beauties made Hollywood’s Winston’s club their first stop, before heading over to the Hyde Lounge.
