Amy Winehouse is about to give her fans and critics the shock of the year as she unveils her ‘new’ dramatic look. More resembling a whore from the back streets of London, England, during WWII, than a Playboy magazine cover girl, Amy believes, as she always does, that she is the bee’s knees with her blond locks.

Resting or partying? Despite recent claims that Amy Winehouse has been relaxing of late at a mate’s pad, The Mail relays a slightly different tale.

On Sunday morning just before 6am, the troubled starlet was spotted wandering the streets near her London home dressed in only a bra and jeans. An expression of pure anguish was painted across her tear-streaked face and she looked moments away from collapsing.
