While Amy Winehouses’s husband, Blake Fielder Civil languishes ‘incarcerated’ in prison on charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice, Amy is freed by the courts to carry on her life of drugs, drink and self abuse.

The Grammy winning singer will not be required to answer bail following advice from the Crown Prosecution Service and no further action will be taken against her.

Blake Fielder-Civil, appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court in east London, where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

A spokesman for the Back To Black star said: ‘Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her.’
