Hugh Jackman could no longer stand the ringing in his ears as he attempted to portray his Broadway character in A Steady Rain, and when a member of the audience had forgotten to silence his cell phone and interrupted the proceedings, the Australian hunk demanded, ‘You wanna get that? Come on, just turn it off. Unless you’ve got a better story. You want to get up and tell your stories?’

But that clearly wasn’t enough of a warning to other theatergoers as just minutes later, Hugh’s co star and James Bond actor, Daniel Craig, 41, also had to reprimand a cell phone owner as once again it stopped his train of thoughts and he launched a less violent verbal attack saying,  ‘Just get the phone.’

The two actors who are better known for their movie performances have been cast as a pair of Chicago cops who’s friendship is rocked by a domestic incident.

Not only did Jackman, 40, receive a standing ovation on opening night, but he also commanded one for his response to the phantom cell phone owner!
