Is George Clooney’s latest movie a sign of things to come? Is he all ‘Up in the Air’ and ‘a man ready to make a connection?’

But whatever the Ocean’s Eleven hunk, Clooney, has on his mind, he certainly knows how to flatter a girl, as he likens his recent love affair to being a frequent flyer on Italy’s Alitalia airline and share’s his latest flight of fantasy with co pilot Elisabetta Canalis, 31.

Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor reveals in an interview that although he has been through many relationships, some that he has ended and some where he has found himself dumped, he has never enjoyed the loneliness that accompanies some relationships.

Clooney, now 48, tells that in his experience, loneliness doesn’t just come from being alone but can be the result of being in a relationship that is going nowhere.

George confided, ‘Just because you’re with someone in a couple it doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re incredibly happy and complete-sometimes the opposite.’

Speaking of his new found love, Italian TV presenter, Elisabetta, Clooney said, ‘I’m not going to project into the future and say I’ve found a co-pilot for life because I don’t want to jinx things, but I will say that at the moment, I’m having a very nice time being a frequent flyer on Alitalia.’
