Never far from the public eye, and the gossip’s speculations, is the evergreen beauty, Jennifer Aniston, so being spotted in New York city last Saturday was no surprise as the former Friends star headed for the set of her latest movie, The Bounty.

Appearing to be happier than she has been for months, Jennifer, dressed in a simple white shirt and grey skirt was ready for her role in the action comedy which sees her as a hard nosed new York reporter who oversteps the mark while reporting and finds herself being arrested by the NYPD.

But the twist comes when Jennifer brakes the terms of her bail when she doesn’t make her court appearance as a witness to a murder which she decides to investigate for herself, and is then hunted down by her own ex-husband, British actor, Gerard Butler, who is a bail bondsman.

While attempting to track down her own story, she becomes the hunted. But with a hunk like Butler on her trail one would have thought Aniston would have wanted to be caught, but not so.

Utilizing the Daily News in Manhattan as the back drop for the movie, the public managed to get a great view of both Aniston and the movie’s extras as they entered and exited the building during filming.

And, as usual, the normal rumours begin surround the relationship between Jennifer and her leading man Butler speculating that there may also be an off screen relationship developing along with the on screen broken marriage.

With vague similarities to the movie which saw Jennifer’s ex husband Brad Pitt teaming up with his leading lady Angelina Jolie, Mr & Mrs Smith, a couple who were out to kill each other, there are comparisons being drawn between Butler and Aniston and of course an impending romance.

However, as with her usual denials of previous relationships with leading men such as Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn, Jennifer is denying any flourishing relationship with Butler.

With her heavy work load, having recently completed her role in The Baster and now in The Bounty, both due for release in 2010, does Jennifer really have the time to fit in all the rumored relationships?
