She may have a bevy of BFFs stashed across the country, but there is still one soul who doesn’t buy into the super-cutesy act!

A neighbor of Paris Hilton’s - who prefers to remain anonymous - is utterly peeved that the heiress has shacked up with beau Doug Reinhardt in the Hollywood Hills. Supposedly this nameless citizen’s beef has nothing to do with the wild party that broke out on Monday night (you know, the one that turned nasty once vandalism was introduced? By the way, Paris had nothing to do with it ‘cos like, her pretty blue Bentley was egged!)

So what’s the sitch? Apparently this neighbor just despises the actress with a fiery passion that comes with a price tag … a $27,000 one to be exact.

TMZ has learned that the individual is seriously down with PAYING Paris’ landlord the aforementioned amount (per month!) if the property-owner will just kick her a$$ to the curb.

Hilton and Reinhardt’s crib is presently $22,000, so the landlord would be making a pretty penny in the event that he succumbs to the bribe.

We’d definitely give the offer a once over, what say you Yuddyites?
