With, what one would have thought was a copious amount of money, why on earth would Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick chose this woman as the surrogate mother of their twin daughters?

Michelle Ross, 26, has been revealed as the woman carrying the twin girls who will be delivered in July this year. She is reported to be tattooed, bisexual, a rock music fan and from what the photograph shows, this is about as close to sex in any city that she is ever likely to get.

Along with her unkempt appearance, the Ohio inhabitant has also been married and divorced in 2006, from Joseph Erker, the father of her own son, Brayden, 4, a child Erker tells Star magazine she has been less than capabable of caring for.

Ross has also been a surrogate for another gay couple in the past and on her MySpace page she said, ‘she wanted to become a surrogate to help people who couldn’t have children of their own.’

Michelle has refused to confirm if she is acting as a surrogate for Parker and Broderick. But Star magazine claims the babies were conceived in vitro using eggs Parker had frozen some time ago and Broderick’s sperm. It also claims Michelle is receiving £20,300 to carry the babies. According to the magazine, the couple will also cover her medical costs of around £13,5000 and pay £67,600 to LA-based surrogate agency Growing Generations.

Bringing children into the world in general is a demanding, unrewarding and often hit and miss venture for normal people, but put living life in the spotlight of fame and coming from the groins of a less the choice individual such as Ross into the mix, isn’t Sarah Jessica Parker,44, about to open a Pandora’s box of problems with the two new additions to her already unstable marriage? Or is this a band aid to her ailing marriage?

By the way she dresses, it can only be assumed that Michelle hasn’t received any of the payments upfront!
