At 59, with a wild temper and a face bearing a strong resemblance to a Halloween mask one would have though that might have been enough to frighten a poor little Hispanic housekeeper without resorting to weaponry of a ballistics nature?

That’s what Victoria Principal, the former star of the 1980’s popular TV series Dallas has been accused of at the LA Country Superior Court by her housekeeper and errant dog walker, Maribel Banegas.

With Mei-Ling in hand, Maribel toddled off to let the little Shih-Tzu do her business, but, as we have all experienced from time to time, she was evidently in need of more fiber in her Fancy Feast and kept Maribel hovering on the corner anticipating the passing of a nice little doggy do-do.

But when Maribel returned to Ms Principal’s pad, she was gunning for the maid, literally.

Accusing the maid of taking too long to walk the dog, Principal made a dash to her bedroom to retrieve a gun which she promptly pointed in the maid’s direction telling her she was going to kill her.

And surprisingly enough, Banegas is claiming assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress and is now suing for lost wages and unspecified damages.

Well, if Victoria gets her wish and manages to be catapulted into outer space in one of Richard Branson’s commercial space flight ventures, aboard Virgin Galactic, she may just find herself answering to a court of Klingons!
