Its splitsville for Lindsay Lohan and lesbian lover, Samantha Ronson and although Lindsay and Sam may not be jumping through hoops over the situation, there’s one person who is celebrating, Sam’s brother Mark.

But the split may not have been as clear cut as Mark had hoped with his family now having to resort to taking out restraining order against 22 year old Lohan following her absurd behaviour since she parted from Sam.

According to the New York Daily News, The Ronson family is actively pursuing an injunction against the Georgia Rule star, alleging that her bizarre antics, such as crashing a party for her ex-girlfriend’s sister and stalking Ronson’s brother, Mark, throughout town, amount to an attention grabbing ploy.

Sam’s mother, Annie Dexter Jones, puts Lohan’s behaviour down to her use of drugs stating that during Sam’s party last weekend, where the family were booked in at the Chateau Marmont, Lindsay also booked a room at the Chateau Marmont, “Lindsay was doing drugs, and we could not sleep that night at the Chateau. She was complaining about the music and noise coming from upstairs. She was trying to get attention so that Sam would come down.”
For her part, Ronson has stated publicly that she is very happy to have split with her actress girlfriend and that she now feels like ‘a newborn’.
