Though the egotistical hip-hop heavyweight has a bit of a publicity whore reputation, he didn’t take kindly to a nosy paparazzo that may soon cost him his freedom.

On Wednesday Kanye West was hit with three criminal misdemeanors stemming from 2008’s LAX airport incident.

The rapper - along with his bodyguard Don Crowley - initially landed behind bars last September following an attack on a shutterbug that resulted in a busted camera and an overload of expletives.

Mr. Crowley was dealt “two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft” Wednesday per TMZ, while West was charged with “vandalism, battery, and grand theft.”

The men are set for arraignment on the 14th of April. If found guilty the minder will reside in the big house for the next five years, and the “Throw Some D’s” soloist will spend at least two decked out in a hideous orange jumpsuit.
