Dead ‘Beat It’ Michael Jackson Suing Again!

Posted under Free for All & Britney Spears & Michael Jackson & Barack Obama

2009 is the year that has seen the anointing of the Messiah in the United States of America as Barack Obama took his throne at The White House on January 20th and so far has failed to deliver us from the evil of the recession and doesn’t look like performing that little miracle any time soon and now the world waits for yet another miracle that will most likely go the same way.

The media frenzy that was expected to greet the fallen King of Pop, Michael Jackson is far less than anticipated and is probably in direct coloration to the fans’ belief that the plastic surgery victim will actually deliver his promise to either announce his come back or to actually follow through with it later this year.

But as Wacko Jacko once again throws out veiled promises to perform this summer at London’s O2 arena he is, at the same time, calling a halt to his promised auction of person items which was announced two weeks ago.

It seems that Michael Jackson’s company has filed yet another lawsuit, just yesterday, against the auction house, Julien’s, saying that the West Hollywood business is not authorized to sell off Jackson ‘s memorabilia in a five-day bidding spree scheduled for next month. Items such as the Neverland gates, his sparkly gloves, bejeweled jacket and crowns all seem now to have been taken from him without his permission!???

The unstable fallen star has complained that Julien’s has “effectively stolen Michael Jackson’s personal property” and has refused to return any of it “despite repeated demands.”

So once again, although Julien’s have a five-volume catalog, signed and numbered by Jackson himself, the delusional Jackson is insisting he didn’t sign off for the goods to be auctioned.

Jackson is known for pulling out of commitments at the last minute so lets see if he also pulls a stunt like this once he has caused a hoop-la regarding a summer come back’ and backs out of that too! And perhaps it should also be considered that another troubled fallen star, Britney Spears, is using this venue for her, ‘come back’ tour this summer too.

Is the O2 fast becoming the graveyard of dead beat acts?
