Sacha Baron Cohen may have attracted plenty of boos with his acceptance speech at the Golden Globes last Sunday, but he did at least make mention of one person whom we would all have expected to be walking the red carpet, in 5 ½ heels, maybe! Yes, Victoria Beckham! Posh Spice was the butt of Cohen’s jokes when he commented on the recession and how it was affecting even the world of celebrity, saying, “Victoria Beckham hasn’t eaten for three weeks’.

But the ex Spice Girl herself, for all her self promotion was nowhere to be seen among her former friends, Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise and Eva Longoria . In fact she was in Milan with husband David Beckham.

Was that a tactical move on her part as if to say, ‘so I wasn’t invited, but I have better things to do with my time?
