Has it always been a hidden desire of Paul McCartney’s to be a Beach Boy or is he just as happy being a Cliff Richard styled Bachelor Boy?

From the recent shots of the newly divorced ex Beatle, he certainly isn’t wasting anytime trying to figure out why he’s single at the age of 66 as he paddles through the warm waters off the coast of Mexico with the new lady in his life, 48 year old socialite, Nancy Shevell.

Although being far from a heartthrob member of the 1960’s band, The Beatles, who wooed young women world wide in their heyday, Paul still seems to have what it takes to attract a younger woman, enjoy the New Year sunshine and look forward to a happy 2009 as he saunters along the beach hand in hand with Nancy.

With his ex wife, Heather Mills, still battling her way though life in New York city as she faces a court case brought about by her ex nanny, it would appear that Paul was definitely the one who came out on the right side of his divorce.
