There are some celebrities who bring the shattered, unhealthy and gaunt look upon themselves with endless boozy stints in night clubs, drugs and generally running riot. But that’s not the case with Katie Holmes.

The actress wife of Tom Cruise is juggling a full time role on New York’s Broadway with being a wife and mother and its beginning to show on the 30 year old.

The Dawson’s Creek star took on the role of Ann Deever in the stage play, All My Sons at the Schoenfeld Theatre in October and now it seems its taking its toll on her normally youthful appearance. With two shows per day and caring for 2 year old Suri, Katie looks anything but healthy or happy.

Tom’s wife has just two more weeks to keep up the grueling schedule and over the Christmas holidays Tom is set to join both Katie and Suri for the celebrations at which time she would be well advised to hand the domestic reigns over to her healthy looking husband.

Cruise has been on a promotional tour for his latest movie, Valkyrie, which opens Christmas day in the USA during which time he has shed a few of his extra pounds and has regained his movie star looks that propelled him sot stardom in the 1980’s as Maverick in Top Gun.
