As Victoria Beckham watches and waits while her husband once again steps into the footballing limelight in Milan, she must be wondering what her position will be in Italy.

When the couple lived in the UK, Posh was a much sought after member of The Spice Girls. When they moved to America and set up home in Hollywood Vicky mingled with the celebs and movie stars. But in Italy, where will she fit in?

Already Posh is becoming aware that David will be the focal point of the celebrity couple as he faces an open press conference upon arrival in the country’s capital, Milan.

But taking a back seat to David’s skills and popularity aren’t the main issues occupying the mind of Mrs Beckham. No! She has to worry about the interest bestowed upon her husband by the beautiful, classy and glamorous women of Italy. And the first obstacle in her way comes in the form of a sexy TV sports presenter, Ilaria D’Amico.

Already the Beckham camp have turned down a ‘one on one’ interview with D’Amico, a decision thought to have been made based on the beauty of the interviewer. Clearly the fact that Ilaria is already ensconced in her own relationship with an Italian film director doesn’t prevent Posh from seeing red!
