They say there are more sane people in asylums than there are out on the streets and how true that statement is when it comes to a young English lad named Luke Worrall.

If there was ever a case for sectioning it must be him! He is the, either brave, stupid or insane lad who wants to marry wild child Kelly Osbourne.

The 18 year old, who clearly doesn’t have a true grip on reality thinks he wants to be engaged to the untalented, porky daughter of rocker Ozzie Osbourne and his equally untalented wife, Sharon Osbourne.

Osbourne and Worrall met in May this year and rumours abounded that the two were engaged when 23 year old Kelly was spotted wearing a ring on the third finger of her left hand.

At that time, mother and former X Factor judge Sharon was pleased with Kelly’s choice but we have yet to hear what her reaction will be to her precious little princess marrying her prince.

UK newspaper, The People spotted a note on Luke’s facbook profile page which now refers to Kelly as being engaged to him followed by hundreds of well wisher’s messages.

Recently when asked about her relationship with Worrall, Kelly said: ‘Would I marry him? Yes, you never know. But I’m still really young so we’ll have to wait and see. I really do love him, we get on so well.’
